We integrate flexible feeders to dispense pieces of very complex, medium-sized / small forms, through dynamic positioning. Using the location for artificial vision for the collection in the plane by means of an anthropomorphic robot type ABB, Stäubli or similar. These systems allow us a lot of versatility since we can reuse the same equipment for different pieces in very different ways.
We integrate vibration feeding systems with electromagnetic pulse to orientally measure parts requiring high cadence where we can also integrate quality control systems or dosing oriented for a subsequent assembly.
We integrate "pick and place" systems with location in the three dimensions, through laser systems and artificial vision cameras (two brands). It allows you to identify pieces of different shapes and sizes directly from a chaotic-distributed container. These systems allow us a lot of versatility since we can reuse the same equipment for different pieces in very different ways.
